iPhone Tips: Save Web Pictures From Safari
Saving pictures made easy in iPhone
There are times when you want to download or save pictures that you like while browsing through web sites. You can do it easily by right-clicking on the picture, select Save Image As/Save Picture As, and hit Save to save it to your computer.
In iPhone, the process is even simpler: just touch and hold down the picture (approximately 3 seconds). A menu will pop up to give you options to save the picture, open the link, or just cancel the operation. Choose ‘Save Image’ to save it to your iPhone. That’s all, no more actions needed. The picture will be automatically stored in your default Photo application.
